As President and Co-founder, Kyu Jung has guided Procon with a forward-thinking approach to some of the nation’s most complex projects, including leading program management for the $4.6 billion redevelopment of the St. Elizabeths West Campus for the Department of Homeland Security headquarters.
An industry thought leader, Kyu is committed to advancing the AEC sector through collaboration between industry, government, and academia. He serves on the board of the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech, where Procon sponsors the Procon Innovation Center to give students access to cutting-edge research technology. In 2025, Kyu was honored with the Myers-Lawson Award.
Procon’s award-winning podcast, The Build Up, is hosted by Kyu and serves as a platform for industry leaders to inspire the next generation of leaders and hold the tough conversations that challenge conventional thoughts on industry progress.

Mark Ilich is a key driver of Procon’s long-term growth and operational excellence. He brings over 25 years of experience in leveraging technology to advance the construction industry, a vision he has shared since co-founding the firm. Mark’s leadership was instrumental in the development and implementation of a nationwide electronic project management (ePM) system for one of the country’s largest landlords, setting a new standard for digital project controls.
Mark’s strategic oversight is informed by the leadership skills he developed while deployed overseas with the U.S. Army. His commitment to service members continues through his dedicated support of veterans organizations, including Navy Safe Harbor, Warriors Rising, and Team River Runner. Mark is spearheading Procon’s next generation of leadership by establishing PROPEL, the Procon Path for Emerging Leaders program, designed to cultivate talent within the firm.
With core strengths in client and employee relations, Mark’s oversight of Procon’s daily operations and corporate development is essential to the firm’s success. He is equally adept serving as a client project executive as he is managing the firm’s growth, ensuring Procon consistently delivers on its promise of excellence.
